Got Fruit - You'll love these pairs!

We asked The Urban Alternative family to share some of the activities and traditions they do with their families during Christmas to focus their hearts and minds on Jesus in the midst of a busy season—and you delivered.

We come from all around the world, from different backgrounds and experiences, but one thing unites us all: our love for Jesus. Enjoy this virtual album, full of Christ-centered holiday traditions from the TUA family, and be encouraged. You may just find a new tradition of your own to try out this year.

Hello Bro. Evans, God laid on my heart to share with you the following: Refraining From Celebrating Pagan Holidays. We as believers must live in TRUTH about all things pertaining to our Lord. Help me and all believers on this subject, so we all can be in alignment with The Word of God. Thank you! Have a blessed day.

My family's favorite tradition is to go on a night drive around the neighborhood to look at everyone's Christmas lights and pray over each house and family inside. It helps us remember to reach out during the busy holiday season and show our neighbors the love of Christ!

We try our best to get as many family and friends together. We start at Thanksgiving. Food is shared and in TX, this definitely includes a 16 hr smoked brisket. The pit starts this year with a smoked pork tenderloin as well upon special request, a smoke turkey which weve never attempted before. We praise the LORD for our eldest members, 3 sisters,

Keeping the nativity scene in existence. Do you notice how rarely you see Nativity scenes during the Christmas Holidays, not even at churches as much.So we try to always have ornaments depicting that scene, attend live nativity activities if available or have an ornamental representation. Its the BIRTHday of our Lord and Savior!
